Jeff Richardson Tucson used to house the Benedictine Monastery where resided the Benedictine Sisters of Perpetual Adoration. Vespers was a profound experience. The building was dedicated in 1946. What was weird was that the image you see on this cover was the selfsame one atop the central alter! The pelican pierces its own side, the blood giving life to its offspring. Symbolism is impregnated here. When asked, the nuns were insouciant. Still, this is a recognizable symbol of the Masonic Trowel. 3 and 7.

After a very idiosyncratic split release with Ancient Morass, Rosicrucianism returns with a likely unique release, combining Black Metal with Post Punk, Noise and Kosmische Musik influences. As if bands like Cirrhus and Furdidurke recorded Post Punk on a broken 4-tracker.
